Poore Sports of Pipersville, Pa has named Valley Motorwerks official supplier of SpecE30 exhausts west of the Rockies. Paul Poore and Walter Ford have agreed to a distributor / assembly agreement in order to supply west coast SpecE30 competitors with the Spec exhaust systems. As agreed Poore Sports will supply the pre-bent tubing and Spec specific collectors to VMWERKS for final welding and shipping. Poore Sports will maintain FULL control over quality and retains inspection rights for any system produced by VMWERKS. Mr. Ford was very happy with the agreement and is awaiting final blessings from Carter Hunt but expects everything to move forward. Walter was quoted as saying, "This effort is in keeping with our commitment to the series. We will make every effort to not only supply the systems but to warranty them as needed." 

 

Recently, Walter Ford spoke with professional driving coach Rick McCormick. Rick is the coach that works with Doug Johnson. He is available to work with individuals or up to 4 drivers at events on our calendar. He is willing to split the cost of a coaching day between up to 4 drivers which would make it very affordable. Grassroots Motorsports Magazine will begin printing short SpecE30 race reports in their NASA speed news section. If you want to help with the content of the reports or submit a race report or review please get them to Walter Ford as quickly as possible after the race weekend. We are very limited in space so not everything will make it in but please keep trying! Photos are submitted to the magazine too!
